We will NOT supply any such products if you have not filled in the details about the animals under your care or supervision or until an SQP has contacted you to discuss your requirements.

1. Data held is client name and address and contact details given on online platforms or over the telephone to be used for distribution addressing. Also used for courier notifications and delivery complication issues. In the case of prescription orders animal data is also collected as required by law.

Such data is not shared with anyone other than the platform providers who are fully PCI compliant
