Wormers-direct use the Royal mail for all
deliveries in the UK. Standard orders are sent out via second
class post which should reach you in 3-4 days. If your order is
more urgent we can send out via First class post but as we have
a contract for second class post we will have to add a small
surcharge for first class. Larger orders
are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce or TNT . The majority of orders are sent out on the
day of order and we will send a confirmation email on receipt of
your order.
Please note
that due to the size of The Hay Bar and other large consignments
the delivered price is only applicable to Mainland England,
Wales and Scotland with the following Scottish Postcodes being
EXCEPTED IV, KW 1-4, PA 34,37,38 & 39, PH 19-26,30-40,49 & 50,
PH41 sector 4. Customers within those areas will be notified of
any extra delivery costs
We
are happy to operate a returns policy as laid down by EU
regulation but remind our customers that returns must be made
within 7 days of receipt of goods.
