Mills Ltd are retail members of BETA, the British Equestrian Trade
Association and as such are committed to the welfare of your horse.
We have been members since 1987 and were happy to be involved with the
introduction of the
BETA Feed Code. This
code aims to provide guidance for manufacturers and suppliers of equine
feed and supplements and to help retailers to keep
abreast of all the relevant regulations and guidelines that will ensure
that you and your horse get the best products and service.
BETA are also involved in the training
of staff with regard to the legal requirements associated with
selling worming products.
Despite what the name might suggest BETA
does not only work for the trade. BETA is also committed to protecting
YOUR interests, and the interests of each and every member of the
British riding public.
There are about 600 members of BETA and to become a BETA member they
have passed strict selection process and have agreed to work to a
strict code of conduct.
You can be sure that when you buy from a BETA retailer, you have the
backing of a major equestrian organization and somewhere to turn to if
there is a problem.
